"Our hearts are restless until they rest in God" - St. Augustine

Sermons

At St. Augustine's, we believe that sermons are an important medium for expressing our faith in God. All of our sermons are rooted in Bible. Many convey how we feel the Bible passage inspires us as, Christians, to live today.

Most of the sermons available for download were written by our rector, the Rev. Jonathan Gibson. Other sermons were written by our honourary assistant Ruthy Lillington and one of our gifted lay readers, Sue Hart. Most sermons are approximately twenty five minutes long.

All sermons are available for download free of charge and are intended for personal use only. All sermons are copyright St. Augustine's Anglican Church.
