| Today's text is Eph 5:21-33, Paul's famous (and mostly mis-interpreted) words on "Wives and Husbands". Jonathan asks 3 questions; What does it mean to be subject to one another? What does it mean for wives to submit their husbands as to the Lord? And, what does it mean for husbands to exerciese "Headship"? Jonathan concludes by stating that a husband's love is a "Sacrificial Love", a "Purifying Love" and a "Nurturing Love" and illustrates by paraphrasing 1 Cor 13:4-8a using the version from "The Message" He replaces the word "love" with the word "husband". And, he does explain the title!
